Request Account Deletion

Users of the Dunia Link Mobile Application may request deletion of their Dunia Link account and associated personal information at any time.

To request account deletion, please send an email to:

Information Required

Please include the following information in your request:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
• Subject: Account Deletion Request

What Information Will Be Deleted

Once your identity has been verified, Dunia Link will permanently delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your customer account.
• Your profile information.
• Your personal information.
• Your saved preferences.
• Your login credentials.
• Other personal information directly associated with your account.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes including:

• Security logs.
• Audit records.
• Fraud prevention records.
• Legal compliance records.
• Records required for dispute resolution.

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable laws or legitimate business requirements and will thereafter be securely deleted or anonymized.

Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

Important Information

• Deleting your account is permanent.
• Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
• You may create a new account in the future if you wish to use Dunia Link again.
